  Let the distance from Delhi where they meet be x km
  => Distance from Agra = (300 - x) km
  
  Time taken by both to reach the meeting point is same.
  i.e. T1 = T2
  => x / 38 = (300 - x) / 37
  => x = 152 km
  
  Thus, total time taken = 152 / 38 = 4hrs
