  so number of males =2/5*500000=200000

  out of 290000 ,28% are married i.e 71200 are married female
  
  Thus we can say 71200 men are married.
  
  Thus from above assumptions we can say that total men are 210000, 71200 men are married and remaining are not married. 33.2 % are married and remaining 66.8% are unmarried
