Total Surface Area= Outer surface area+ Inner surface area=(2*Pi*R*h)+ (2*Pi*r*h)=2*Pi*h(R+r)
=2*(22/7)*56*[(3/2)+(2/2)]= 880 m^2
So cost of cement finishing @ 20Rs./m^2= 20*880=17600 Rs.
