A spider spins a web such that each day he spins exactly the same amount
as it had spun until the previous day and finishes the web in 30 days.If two
spiders work in the same manner how many days will they take?

• Take work as 'x'.
  See the table given here,
  day :1 2 3 4 5 ......28 29 30
  work finished by one spider :x x 2x 4x 8x......(p/4)x (p/2)x (p)x
  work finished by two spiders:2x 2x 4x 8x 16x......(p/2)x (p)x -
  
  Where (p)x is Total work.
  
  Therefore 2 spiders can complete the work in 29 days.

  bt the right ans will be 29 days.......
  
  the solution goes like this....if only one spider is spinning...on the 29th day...it will finish half of its work....got this????
  
  now if 2 spiders are spinnining on the 28th day they will finish half of their work...
  so the correct ans will be....29 days
