  i.e , 16 parts ==> 4 lts
  1 part ==> 1/4 lts
  B ==> 7 parts ==> 7/4 lts
  
  so, every company increased 20% of its production in latest year
  
  i.e, 7/4lts + 20% * 7/4 lts == (120/100)* 7/4 lts == 2.1 lts
