  each side= a/3
  area= Sqrt(3)/4*(a/3)^2
  area=a*sqrt(3)/36

  perimeter of equilateral triangle = 3x
  hence equating both
  3x=a
  x=a/3
  area formula = (sq root of 3)/4*x^2
  sub x in above
  Area = a^2(sq root 3)/12
