• 54km/hr= (54/60) km/min
  now (45km/h)/{(54/60)}km/min=50min/hr
  so the car is travelling for 50 min in the second hour so it will stop for 10 min in the whole hour.

• in the 1st hour, it is travelling 54 kms. in 2nd hour, it travels 45km.. so it travels 9km lesser in 2nd hour..
  so we need to find in how much time it will travel 54 - 45 = 9km...... so 54/60 = 1.11min
  so it takes 1.11 min to travel 1km.... so simply divide it with 9 and it will come out to be 10mins
