Apple, orange, mango. Mango + apple=12. Mango + orange=10.
Mango +Apple + orange=38. Calculate the no of mango?

• Data seems to be incorrect.
  
  Mango + apple=12.............(A)
  Mango + orange=10..........(B)
  
  Adding A and B
  2 Mango + Apple +orange = 22
  but
  Mango +Apple + orange=38.... given
  
  which is not possible.
  
  In this case, no of mangoes is negative ( -16)

  and Mango +Apple + orange=38 then Orange = 38-12 = 26
  
  However Mango + orange=10. This is not possible because oranges are 26.

  subtract fourth from third, we get x=16
  but it is not possible, data is inadequate

  A+O=-2
  
  M+A+O=38
  Substitute A+O=-2 in above equation M-2=38
  M=40
