- very easy method u can apply in this type of question easly but don,t ask the explanatio.if all the given no in km then there is no need to convert otherwise convert it
case 1 if the no like 25km/hr,30km/hr,130km
(25x)^2+(30x)^2=(130)^2
1525 x^2=16900
x^2=11.081967
x=3.329hr
cae 2 if the no like 25km/hr,30km/hr,130m then covert km/hr into m/s by multiplyiny the no by 5/18 i.e 25*5/18.solve like the case 1 method
after finding the value of x add with the given time we get ur answer.

- we cannot find angles in exam is there any alternative solution

- A moves 25 km in 1 hr and B moves 30 km in 1 hr
then draw a right angled traingle by taking 25 and 30 as a side in the east and the south direction respectively like
|
|
______________25_____e
|
30 |
s
find the two angle
tan s=25/30
s=39.8 deg
and angle e=50.2
then make another right angled traingle with one side given that is hypo=130
and find the another two side by using
cos 39.8=side in the s direction(s1) /130
s1=99.87
sin 39.8=s2/130
s2=83.2
it means after travelling A 83.2 km and B 99.87 km they make a apart of 130 km
A travells 25km in 1 hr means 60 min
then 83.2 km in83.2/25=3 hr 33 min
so they wlii make apart of 130 in 7hr 3 hr 33min=10hr 33 min am - 10 years agoHelpfull: Yes(2) No(3)
- it is 130meter, not 130km.. so the answer will be 7:00;11am
