4(x+3)=x(3-k)

so far i have this but my main problem is what is the definition of a solution set?

4x+12=3x-kx minus 3x from each side. x+12/x= -kx/x then -12/x=k
Write a quadratic equation with integer coefficients with the solutions 5/3 and 2/3.
