I would like to know how to solve these equations in its simplest form

1. 3/8(16x-8)+2/3(15y+12)=

this is as far as i have gotten
128x-8+75y+12
128/8

2. 1.13(2.4x-6)-8.2(2x-7.7) i did not know how to start this problem
