  202.......292,,302.....392
  total nos.are 30
  numbers start with 2 are 200,201,......299 are 100 number
  therefore total numbers are 130. if we include 402 then ans. is 131 but we have to find nos.btwn 100& 402..so, i think ans is 130

• MR. Pargat is right .....i included nos. 202,212,222....292 bt it is already counted in numbers starting with 2 i.e. 200,201,(202),.....211,(212) &so on so correct answer is 120.
