• Using Factorization method find the factors of
  12x^2-4x-5->12x^2-10x+6x-5=2x(6x-5)+1(6x-5)
  8x^2-6x-5->2x(4x-5)+1(4x-5)
  
  now divide, 2x(6x-5)+1(6x-5)

  2x(4x-5)+1(4x-5)
  
  =>(2x+1)(6x-5)
  ______________
  (2x+1)(4x-5)
  
  => (6x-5)
  _______
  (4x-5)
