exam Maths Puzzle Numerical Ability

Can anyone graph these 2 equations on one graph so I can see the properly shaded areas? I never have trouble with one equation, but with two I always seem to shade the wrong areas.

y<= 2x+9
y>= -6x-5

Solve by a method of choice

a 3x+4y=-8
b 2x+3y=-3
c 4x+y=5
d 12x+3y=15

Please help me on this equation

1) how do you write in slope-intercept form of the line that passes through (6,-13) and is perpendicular to the graph 2x-9y=5?

2) (-3,1), y=1/3x+2

3) (6,-1), 3y+x=3
