Read Solution (Total 3)
-
- Assume that in the first 2 picks she got pair of blue, in the next 2 picks she got pair of red,in the next 2,pair of gray.So in total 6 picks she got all the 3 pairs. But she is in darkness and is not sure what she picked is enough. So to be 100% sure, she considers herself as she picks all red first(worst case). Then all the green. So in the next 2 picks she is sure that she got atleast pair of blue. So a total of 32+25+2=59 picks [ans].

- answer will be "32+25+2 = 59",in this case she can take out minimum one pair of each color.
look if she take 32+18+2, then it may happen that she can take out 32 red and 20 green,so in this case she is anable to take out pair of blue color.
if she take 18+25+2, then it may happen that she can take out 32 red and 13 blue or green,so in this case she is also not able to take out pair of each color.
why i am adding 2 in all expression?
because if we take 32+25 color then it may happen that she can take out total red and green,so she can't take out blue color.so to take out a pair of blue color - 14 years agoHelpfull: Yes(8) No(1)
