• Suppose towel completely 100% length and breadth
  It's length decreases by 20%
  So 100*20/100=80%
  After that decrease breadth 10%
  So. 80*10/100=8%
  Total 80%-8%=72%
  We are suppose this length and breadth is 100%
  Then 100%-72%=28%
