A two digit number is less than 3 times the product of its digits by 8 and the digit in the ten’s place exceeds the digit in the unit’s place by 2. Find the number.

x= y+2
10x+y= 3xy-8
10*(y+2)+y = 3*(y+2)*y -8

solving it, we get y=4, x=6
