- Find the variable expenses per each mile of travel:
For 180 miles of travel, expenses=Rs.900
For 150 miles of travel, expenses=Rs.800
Thus for 30 miles, the difference in travelling expenses=Rs.100
For each mile of travel, the travelling expenses= Rs.100/30
Now, find the fixed expenses:
For 180 miles, the variable expenses=180*100/30=Rs.600
Hence, the fixed expenses=Rs.900-600=300
Now, for travelling 300 miles, the total Expenditure is:
300*100/30+300=Rs.1300 - 12 years agoHelpfull: Yes(3) No(0)
