women to finish the job in 10 days how many woman are required to finish the job in 14 days.?

  now,
  3men*10days+5women*10days=3*8/5*10+5women*10=98women days
  98 women day=X wmonen*14 days

  so 3M+5W=1/10......substituting 1M=8/5 W we get,
  3*8/5w+5w=1/10 by computing this we get W= 1/98 i.e in 98 womens are required to finish the job in 1 day
