- The Inventory is a two digit number
Let the two digit No. be xy
The value of the two digit No. 10x+y
Now the digit is reversed, and the value of the two digit would be 10y+x
As per the condition:
10x+y=10y+x+54
So x-y=6
Now the different possibility of the two digit No. are 60,71,82 and 93
Except 82, others are not the divisors of 1148 being the sale value
Thus,1148/82=14( being the price)
So, actual price was Rs.14 and the Inventory was 82
If we reverse the two, the product is same(41*28=1148) - 12 years agoHelpfull: Yes(2) No(0)
