The sum of the digets of a two digit number is 10. if the digets were reversed, the new number would be 54 less than the original number. find the original number.

  If the original number=10x+y, then
  x+y=10 ---(i) &
  10y+x=10x+y-54 or 9x-9y=54 ---(ii)
  On solving (i) & (ii), x=8, y=2
  So original number=10*8+2=82
