I have tried these several times and still get the wrong answer - HELP!!

g^2+5g+4/5g+5/g^2+8g+16/g^2+g-12
(hope I wrote this correctly - need to solve /simplify
(x+1) divided by x^2+2x+1/x^2+13x+12 - HELP
