• Since the average of the sums is askd we can do it this way
  
  they are weighted separately, then in combination of 2's and then the combination of all three so:
  
  a+b+c+(a+b)+(b+c)+(c+a)+(a+b+c)/7 = Ans
  
  4(a+b+c)/7 = Ans
  4(167)/7 = 95.4285
