The cantilever beam of 15 meters is to be loaded at five different points and the load to be distributed decreases by 50% for every 3 meters.Then what maximum load can be given at first 3 meter if the total load to be distributed is 211 Kg.?

End of first 3meters distribution, load = 6752/2 = 3376kg (Since it decrease by 50%)
End of second 3meters distribution, load = 3376/2 = 1688kg (Since it decrease by 50% in distribution). Like that
End of third 3meters, load = 1688/2 = 844kg
End of fourth 3meters, load = 844/2 = 422kg.

- let the maximum load that can be given at first 3 meters is x then according to this question
the load that should be given on
second 3 meters = x/2
third 3 meters = x/4
fourth 3 meters = x/8
last 3 meters = x/16
and thus the total load will be = x + x/2 + x/4 + x/8 + x/16 =211
x{(16+8+4+2+1)/16} =211
31/16 x =211
x= 211*16/31
x= 108.90
