1.Group Discussion
this one seems like a fish market and the person that sits has no interest in what you speak you just have to make yourself audible and make everyone feel that you are also there in room and then you will clear the round
2.Personal Interview
I don't know how these people judge they simply ask one question that are you able to reallocate anywhere in India and obviously you will answer yes and then wait for results and yes if you have low grades they will surely ask you the reason for your low grades so be ready to answer this.
