If we notice the first digit of every number then we find a sequence like 1,3,5,7 so the first digit of the next number will be 9.
the second digit of the every number maintain a sequence like 1,9,25,49 ie (first digit)^2.
So the after 9 it will be 81.
Then it maintains the following sequence like 2,4,6,8....So after 81 it will be 10.
The last digit=4,16,36,64 ie square of the previous digit. And for the next number it will be (10)^2=100
So the next number is 98110100.

2nd place - squaring the added digit
