When the two trains cross each other then one of the train has travelled 110 km and another has travelled 200-110 = 90 km.
If time taken to cross is t then the speeds of the trains are 110/t and 90/t.
Therefore the ratio of their speed is 110/t : 90/t = 11: 9.
