The average marks for 5 subjects is 62. If average of 6 subjects is 63. Then what will be
the difference between marks of 6th subject and average of 5 subjects.
Total marks for first five subjects are 62*5 = 310
Total marks for six subjects are 63*6 = 378
Marks for sixth subject are 378 – 310 = 68
Difference is 68 – 62 = 6
