Similarly positions of L, O, Y & E in English alphabet are 12, 15, 25, 5
One number is not cancelled by any integer and three are cancelled by any integer, hence code is 1/3.

X=24
M=13
A=1
T=20
Here,2 numbers are not cancelled by any integer and two numbers are cancelled by any integer
So, XMAT = 2/2
Applying the same logic,
L=12
O=15
Y=25
E=5
Here,one number is not cancelled by any integer and three numbers are cancelled by any integer
So.LOYE = 1/3

eg. in GCAR ,
