204=>[204]+[(2*0)+(0*4)+(2*4)]=204+[0+0+8]=212
212=>[212]+[(2*1)+(1*2)+(2*2)]=212+[2+2+4]=220

the numbers in the even places 204+16=220
220+24=244
245+32=276

i.e. adding 8 to 16 we get 24 nd adding 8 to 24 we get 32...

firstly concentrate on series after 157.....
212-204=8
220-212=8
224-220=4
now 8+8+4=20 is next no i.e.244
similarly.8+4+20=32
so 244+32=276 is correct
