Let the 1st part, P1 = Rs. x
and the 2nd part, P2 = Rs. (1250-x)

Now , according to the question,

(P1*R1*T1)/100 = (P2*R2*T2)/100

=> (x*5*2)/100 = [(1250-x)*10*4]/100

=> 10x = 50000 - 40x

=> 50x = 50000

=> x = 50000/50

=> x = 1000

hence 2nd part of sum
= Rs. (1250 - x)
