Take A,B,C,....Z as 26,25,24,...1
Then CASANDRA = (24*26)+(8*26)-(13*23)-(9*26) = 299
MARICELA = (14*26)+(9*18)-(24*22)-(15*26)= -392
Then SHAWANDA = (8*19)+(26*4)-(26*13)-(23*26)= -680
Hence the right option is 4.
