Formula for solving problem = (n+r-1) (n+r-2)/(r-1) (r-2)
Here n= 5 & r =3
On applying values we get (5+3-1) (5+3-2) / (3-1) (3-2) = 7*6/2*1 = 21

if 1st child get 0 orange then 2nd can get it in 6 way and for each possibility 3rd will get in 1 way again if 1st child get 1 orange 2nd will get it in 5way and for each possibility 3rd will get in 1 way similarly for if 1st will get 2,3,4,5 respectively then 2nd will get it in 4,3,2,1 way and for each possibility 3rd will get 1 way .Then total no of methods is 6+5+4+3+2+1=21
