240*(100-x)/100 = 180*(100+x)/100
4*(100-x) = 3*(100+x)
x=100/7
Now x% of 350 = [(100/7)/100]*350 = 50
And (x+15)% of 280 = [((100/7)+15)/100]*280 = 82
Required percentage = [(82-50)/82]*100 = 39.02%
