Solution

The word DUSSEHRA has 8 letters.
3 vowel 'UEA' can be arranged at two places (begin/end) in 3P2 = 6 ways
Now remaining 5 letters 'USSHR' in which 2 letters are same can be arranged in 5!/2! = 60 ways.
Therefore total number of ways = 6x60 = 360
