hence days required for completing 3/4 of the work by 5 boys = (60/5)*3/4= 9

Let us take days required to complete 3/4 of work by 5 boys is D then: (assuming same work)

4 * 10/(2/3) = 5 * D/(3/4)
D = 9 days
Option: 2 (ans)

4 boys can do the full work in 10*3/2=15 days. 5 boys do the full work in 15*4/5=12 days, and 3/4th of the work will be done by 5 boys in 12*3/4=9 days.
