Product Services Trainee (Product Services Group)

•BCA, BA, M.A or any other non-technical Graduate.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

•Strong attention to details and accuracy

•Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and data

•Build and customize a variety of product-specific deliverables on production and testing servers, including but not limited to assessment tools, hierarchies, templates, standards, etc.

•Apply the best practices for Tk20 configuration to all configuration work done on production and internal servers.

•Conduct quality control checks on the completed data load requests.

•Communicate effectively in written English with Data Loads Team members to identify discrepancies or errors identified in processed data loads and the data logs via the appropriate request tracking tool.

•Communicate effectively in written English with Products team members and Customer Support team members to clarify doubts or provide work status updates related to configuration request or special projects via the appropriate request tracking tool.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Senior Test Engineer (Testing Group)

•MCA, B. Tech, M. Tech with 2-3 years of experience.

•2 or more years of experience in Testing or Quality Assurance

•Possess hands-on experience in database testing and knowledge of SQL queries

•Possess 2 or more years of experience with test documentation and test reporting using any industry-standard defect tracking tools

•Demonstrate proficiency of the SDLC and Test Life Cycle processes

•Possess exemplary English verbal and written communication skills

•Experience testing for responsive frameworks and on mobile devices such as iPad and Android tablets is preferred

•Experience using automated testing tools like Selenium is preferred

•Define and refine test cases that address data validation and requirements in a variety of scenarios

•Participate in team reviews of software requirements documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and mitigate risks

•Execute manual and automation test suites in accordance with project timelines and delivery dates




Performance Test Engineer (Automation Testing Group)

•MCA, B. Tech, M. Tech with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

•Relevant experience in JMeter Load testing tool

•Experience with tools and techniques for performance measurement, profiling, and optimization

•Performance Test requirement analysis with static testing knowledge.

•Excellent decision maker with strong performance architect level knowledge on both technology and infrastructure

•Very strong in design of test framework, load simulation model, load stats calculations

•Very strong in test script development using JMeter on (Web Protocol), WebServices (over HTTP).

•Strong programming level knowledge using Java, preferable knowledge on Unix and Linux

•Need to have implementation experience of various innovative ideas

•Should have experience with automation scripts using Selenium Webdriver

•Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries.




Software Engineer-Trainee (Automation Testing Group)

•MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech candidates with no backlogs. 2015 batch is eligible to apply if they can join on immediate basis.

•Demonstrate excellence in Core Java skills

•Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

•Possess experience in writing defect guidelines

•Possess strong knowledge of a functional automation tool, Selenium preferred

•Possess strong analytical and logical reasoning skills

•Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills

•Write automation test scripts in Selenium framework

•Automate test scripts using Core Java

•Work on load test scripts using existing Selenium framework and other tools as needed




Team Lead (Customer Support Group)

•Graduation in English, Communications, Business, Humanities or related field

•1-3 years of experience in a customer support or customer service domain

•1-2 years of experience providing customer support in a written format preferred

•1-2 years of experience handling a team or supervisory experience preferred

•Readiness to mentor and lead a team of minimum 6-10 resources

•Possess excellent English verbal and writing communication skills

•Demonstrate a high proficiency in using web-based applications

•Demonstrated strength in people and process management, including but not limited to effective delegation, mentoring, communication, and time-management skills

•Demonstrate a willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night, weekends, and Indian festivals

•Distribute inbound customer queries and requests to resources efficiently during the shift

•Assist Customer Support Specialists to investigate and resolve complex queries or requests from customers

•Provide Customer Support Specialists with coaching, mentoring, and training on internal processes and the Tk20 software application

yar I hv not attended this drive...My test was scheduled on 6th April,2014 at IEC NOIDA but i hv not appeared bcz. I had appeared fr Cognizant in January....They r havng 6 months policy to reapply,so I had not attended d drive...I wz rejected in Infosys due to same issue....
