for 25+13=32

25-->5-2=3....A
13-->3-1=2....B
32-->3-2=1....C

ie =>A-B=C =>3-2=1;

for 70+26=30

70-->7-0=7....D
26-->6-2=4....E
30-->3-0=3....F

ie D-E=F =>7-4=3;

now final 26+13=?

26-->6-2=4;
13-->3-1=2;
?...it must be 4-2=2;

now 20-->2-0=2;
and 24-->4-2=2;

but answer will be 20.
because eqn.C=> 32-->left - right=1;

eqn.F=> 30-->left-right=3;

so answer is 20-->left-right=2;

Original wages = 22x
New wages = 25x
Let the ratio of workers be y then
Original workers = 15y
New workers = 11y
Thus original bill = 22x * 15y
New bill = 25x * 11y = 5000
So by solving We get xy = 200/11
Then original bill = 22x * 15y = (22 * 15 * 200)/11 = 6000
So original bill = 6000
