  one part of herbal cant be used because it has to be of double quantity as that of honey
  two parts of honey can not be used as it will increase the qty of honey than rose
  and lastly one part of sweet can nto be used because sweet must be used in combinatoin with anisic which in turn is incompatible with rose.
