  then volume of pizza of diameter 8cm = 16pie =80
  therefore cost of 1 cm³ = 80/16pie = 5/pie
  
  similarly cost 1cm³ of pizza having diameter 12 cm = 240/36pie=6.66/pie
  
  similarly cost of 1 cm³ of pizza having diameter 24 cm =720/144pie = 5/pie
  
  least cost for 1cm³ of pizza is for pizza having diameter 8cm,24cm

  ie cost of Pie*8*8 cm^2 is 80
  =>cost of 1cm^2=5/4*pie=15/(12*pie)
  cost of 12 cm is 240
  ie cost of pie*12*12 cm^2=240
  =>1 cm^2=20/(12*pie)
  similarly cost of pie*24*24 cm^2=720
  =>1 cm^2=15/12*pie
  
  so both 8 and 24cm gives best value for money
