  =>31x+(31y+y)+(31z+3z) = 0
  =>31(x+y+z)+y+3z = 0
  =>31(x+y+z) = -(y+3z)

  now taking 32 as a common multiple we get
  x-(x/32)+y+z+(z/16)=0
  or
  x+y+z=(x-2z)/32
