  first we divide (31/4)=(7+3) so that 4 weeks containing 4 sundays and 4 mondays will b there and 3 more days are there.
  Now logic is to choose these consecutive days such that no more sunday or monday comes in these 3 cosecutive days so that our sunday and monday wil remain constant i.e 4.
