  height of Ramu = 0.75x= 3x/4 units
  
  After increase,
  Height of Ramu = 1.4*3x/4 = 4.2x/4 = 2.1x/2 =1.05x
  Height of Gokul = 1.25x
  
  Diff in heights = 0.21x
  Ramu is shorter than Gokul by 100*0.21x/1.25x = 21/1.25 = 16.8%

  ramu's height will be 75 cm
  now Ramu heightt increasess by 40%,means
  75+((40*75)/100)=105 cm
  now gokul increases only by 25%,so
  it become 125 cm
  percent is Ramu taller than gokul now is=((125-105)*100)/125=2000/125=16%(ans)

  Then if Gokul's height=1 , Ramu's height=1.75=7/4
  40% increase in Ramu's height=1.4*7/4=2.45
  25% increase in Gokul's height=1.25
