  the initial sum of ages is 330
  after 3 years it is 330+(10*3)=360
  but one person of age 40 has died so subtract 40
  360-40=320(now only 9 persons are alive)
  again after three years sum is 320+(9*3)=347
  subtract 40 bcoz one person has died
  347-40=307(8 persons alive)
  again after three years sum is 307+(8*3)=331
  subtract 30 bcoz one person has died
  331-30=301(7 alive)
  for present age 10 years required already 9 years completed
  so for 1 year 301+(7*1)=308

  Now average 10 people age of ten years ago was 33.
  Total of their age =10*33= 330
  Age excluding two persons who died
  = 330-34-37
  =259
  New average age of 8 people is
  =(259+10*8)/8
  =42.375 Years.

  for finding out the present sum of ages=(10*10)+330=430 years
  Now,after 3 years
  sum of ages=430+(3*10)=460
  but one person dies,
  therefore,sum =460-40=420years
  Again after 3 years,
  sum=420+(3*9)=447 (since one person is died therefore 9 people remaining)
  again one person dies
  now sum=447-40=407 years
  Again after 3 years,
  sum=407+(3*8) (since 2 members died)
  but again one person dies and hence
  final sum=431-27=404 years
  therefore,
  average age=404/7=57.71
