• if we take to complete 1 publication a-->12 hrs, b-->10 hrs,
  for 1 hour they can complete ((1/12)+(1/10))= (11/60) th work
  they can take 60/11 hrs to complete a publication,
  so, to complte 2 publication they take (60/11)*2 hrs = 120/11 hrs
  so, ans is 120/11 hrs

• first 10 hr , a finishes 83.33% of 1 public work and b finshes 100 % of another publicatn work....
  the n b will do a,s remaining 16.66% work in 1 hr 66 min around
  so totally 10+1.66= 11hr 66 min approxmately
