If a swimming pool is surrounded by a cement floor of 4 feet wide and the difference between the circumference of both swimming pool and cement floor is 11/25th of area of swimming pool, what is the radius of swmming pool?

let swm pl radios =x
then including outer cement floor the radios will be x+4
now according to question
circumference(outer circle )-circumference (inner circle )=(circumference (inner circle )*11/4
circumference(outer circle )=2*pi*(x+4)
circumference(outer circle )=2*pi*(x)
