remainder will be 0.16^15=2^(4*15) in 50! except 1! there is a 2 in every 2! 3! 4!..50!.so there are 49 2's and 4 has one extra 2,8 has 2 twos,12 has 1 extra 2,16 has 3 2s and 32 4 2s. in denominator all 2 gets cancelled out.

16 is divisible by 16,32,48 hence three powers of 16 would divide completely.
for the remaining two powers of 16 split 16 as 2x8 hence one more power gets cancelled.
now what remains is 2x8 so 8 is divisible 24,40(remaining numbers), so is 2 hence 16^5 gets completely divided and hence the remainder is 0.

take the last digit 6 .By cyclicity of 6, 6 power anything will be 6.
similarly 50! results in 0 as the last digit.
so 0/6= 0 is the remainder.
