  rectangle:-
  (1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13+14)(1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8)=105*36=3780
  total: 420+3780= 4200

  thus total no= 3780
  and no of squares=(m*(m+1)*3n-m+1))/6
  so total no of squares= 420
  total answer=3780+420=4200
