  30P+6Q=1246...........(ii)
  By solving you will be getting Q=33.
  Put value of Q in (i) you will get P.
  Then multiply by 10.

  So,cost of 3kg(36-33) is Rs.99
  Then the cost of 30 kg is (1147-99)=1048
