  Given At 12 PM Direction is South East i.e. 45 degrees from Perpendicular Axis. Every 1 Hour the Hour Hand will move 30 degree. So at 1 PM Hour Hand will be at 75(45 + 30) degree and at 1:30 PM Hour Hand will be 90(75 + 15) degree from Perpendicular Axis.
